Mindy went to the house initially, took pictures and made suggestions. We were asking contractors to work on the house but they were busy. Mindy would suggest people she knew and Mindy's contractors all came through. We talked about the house pricing and selling aspects, Mindy was spot on. Mindy's photos for advertising were amazing. The first few days there was enough interest to produce offers. We choose an offer but there were a few things to work on before closing. Mindy was right there helping. Mindy used the computer to put the paperwork together from the signatures only or the notarized papers. I am impressed with Mindy Kidney! I would use Mindy Kidney again and recommend her to anyone!

We chose her because she had previously worked with our niece in finding her home in Omaha and she spoke so highly of Mindy. When we found the home we wanted to buy, we contacted Mindy and she and her team made the entire journey and process SO easy. Everything was done so quickly and the whole process was seamless. Mindy was so organized, provided so much information and advice, quick to return calls, texts, emails, etc. to answer any questions we had. She went above and beyond and throughout the entire process we felt we were in such good hands. We couldn’t be happier with Mindy as our realtor and highly recommend her to anyone!

We had to move to Omaha in January for the Air Force, and due to the pandemic, we couldn't come out and see the homes, so she took the time to do EXTREMELY thorough video tours - worked with our loan officers and inspectors as we couldn't be there to do that either - and has been helpful with a variety of post-homebuying challenges. On top of being so professional, she was delightful to work with.

She made the process fun and, more importantly, is very knowledgeable in her field. Her expertise was evident throughout the entire process. I was beyond impressed with her attentiveness and knowledge. She took the time to explain everything to us along the way so we knew were were making the most educated decisions. We had no idea what to expect, and began the process with a Nebraska realtor that had contacted us. It quickly became apparent that he did not have the experience or skills necessary to properly guide us through such a difficult and emotional process. After speaking with my aunt, who is the number three realtor in Colorado, she agreed that he was not the right realtor for us, and insisted on helping us find “the one.” She did exhaustive research and interviewed a few candidates for us until she contacted Mindy Kidney. After a long conversation she was entirely confident that Mindy had the experience, honesty, temperament, and skills to trust her with helping her favorite nephew (her words not mine ;) with navigating this process. She couldn’t have been more right. Mindy was kind, but direct. She was honest about the pros and cons of each home for our situation rather than feeling like a used car salesman telling us what they think we want to hear. She was patient and respectful, and made us feel comfortable and hopeful about an extremely fast moving market where decisions had to be made in less than 12 hours, which is no easy task with a hand-wringer such as myself. She helped us negotiate a great deal along a half-dozen offers you get the home we wanted on the first try, without over-reaching and stressing our financials. On a side note, she was extremely generous and pleasant to work with and talk to. I think the mark of a great realtor Is someone with leader ship qualities that make you feel comfortable in their “ranks “I’ll simultaneously being somebody you’d hang out with if there was no business arrangement in place. Mindy is that realtor.

I know nothing about the housing market, or buying a house. She made a the worst time in my life into a smooth transition. She had everything covered, coached me through every step of the way. She was flexible and amendable to my hectic schedule. She’s an amazing person I recommend her to everyone.
